This highly interactive series is designed to be customized by each individual
participant according to his/her needs and personal development goals within the
workplace.
The cornerstone of the series is the "Reach for the Stars"
module which is typically offered monthly throughout the year. Other
modules are introduced and continued, revised, or discontinued as
the workplace dynamic dictates. Aside from the "Reach for the
Stars" component, the other "Star" modules are offered
on a continuing basis throughout each semester
Once
an employee has completed 20 hours of Star Series modules, he or she is recognized
as a "Star Performer" by receiving a certificate of completion and being
honored at a periodic recognition ceremony held to acknowledge all series graduates.
