SERVICE STRATEGY
The “business” of the Office of Organization Development
and Training involves:
Organization Development
• Consulting with internal departments in assessing, developing
and implementing strategic planned change efforts to link goals,
skills and processes to the overall mission, vision and strategy
of UCF
Professional Development and Training
• Developing employees to create a culture of excellent service
and leadership across all levels of instruction, research, service
and outreach
Change Management
• Empowering individuals and teams by using valid and reliable
research to create, manage and embrace efficient and effective change
Career Enrichment
• Providing career improvement and progression opportunities
for all university faculty, administrators, and staff throughout
their careers
Partnerships
• Building collaborative partnerships and centralizing resources
to service the organization development and training needs of the
