• Consulting with internal departments in assessing, developing and implementing strategic planned change efforts to link goals, skills and processes to the overall mission, vision and strategy of UCF

• Developing employees to create a culture of excellent service and leadership across all levels of instruction, research, service and outreach

Leadership Coaching
• Working with a Certified Coach to help you attain your leadership goals within a specified period of time.

Change Management
• Empowering individuals and teams by using valid and reliable research to create, manage and embrace efficient and effective change

Career Enrichment
• Providing career improvement and progression opportunities for all university faculty, administrators, and staff throughout their careers

Partnerships
• Building collaborative partnerships and centralizing resources to service the organization development and training needs of the university
