The ePAF Source Documents Log is an Excel spreadsheet that is sent
out daily, and is a listing of all documents that accompany ePAFs
and are received by HR-Records. Departments are able to track their
new hire packages, contracts, and resignation letters to ensure
that documents are received by HR-Records in a timely manner.
The ePAF Source Documents Log is not a listing of all ePAFs created,
rather a listing of accompanying documents, as Originators and Approvers
may check the status of ePAFs at any time via the ePAF
Home Page.
To receive the ePAF Source Documents Log, please send an email
to PAFALERT@mail.ucf.edu.
Note:
Departments must adhere to the deadlines for submitting ePAFs
and sign-in paperwork as indicated on the Payroll
Schedule. It is the department’s responsibility to check
the status of ePAFs and sign-in paperwork to ensure that all paperwork
is received and approved in a timely manner.
